Let's Not Talk About Politics

Especially if it doesn't affect you... a short post.

Let’s not talk about politics. We had better not talk about religion either. After all, if we are going to live in polite society then we don’t want to talk about the things that don’t affect us and might make others annoyed.

Because it doesn’t affect me, does it? Apart from the fact that I’m a woman, a mother, a therapist, a person who cares about others … But hey, those are small points.
